Lime Cilantro Salad Dressing

Lime Cilantro Salad Dressing

minutesThis is great on cabbage salad, or any chopped salad! Dairy-free.
Ingredients
Juice of 4 limes
Equal amount of olive oil as lime juice
Splash apple cider vinegar
1/2 bunch of cilantro with stems
Optional small 1 tsp maple syrup (you can use more or less to taste)
1/2 jalapeno pepper (add some of the seeds for very spicy dressing)
1 clove garlic, smashed or roughly chopped
1/2 avocado
pinch of cumin
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender or use an Immersion blender, or you can use a food processor to blend all ingredients together.
- If too thick, you can add more lime juice and olive oil
