A Six-Week Program to Lower Your Blood Sugar
I am here to help guide you and give you support along your way to optimal health. What you learn and implement while working with me will become second nature.
Most people see an improved blood sugar reflected in their next hemoglobin A1c re-check.
Keep in mind that checking an A1C sooner than 3 months is not recommended because it takes three months to turn over all of our red blood cells. The hemoglobin in our red blood cells gets glycolated/covered with glucose, and that is what A1C is measuring, giving us a three-month average of blood sugar levels.
Most of us want to be healthier, but are not sure how to do that, or we know how, but find it impossible to sustain dietary and lifestyle changes that we have tried in the past. There is so much information out there about what we should or should not eat. The abundance of information can feel overwhelming and it can be confusing.
If you have been told that you have pre-diabetes, or diabetes type two, this program is for you. Many people are able to reverse prediabetes, and even get off of medication for diabetes type 2 by implementing diet and lifestyle changes.
I am also available to help support weight loss.
You can schedule a complimentary fifteen-minute discovery appointment here.
